The “ICAVST Awards” will be given to the studies which will be selected by the academic jury among the presented papers/posters in congress. Nominees will be evaluated with blind peer review system by the jury.
Study’s relevance to the symposium’s scope, its scientific contribution, Technical merit, originality, writing style, potential impact on the field and quality of the presentation at the conference will be considered in the evaluation process.
Awards
- Best Paper: The “Best Paper Awards” will may be given for each discipline
- Researcher of the year: ICAVST The Researcher of the Year Award (Conditions: Being a participant in the symposium, age of 40 and older, application with a CV)
- Young Researcher of the year: ICAVST The Young Researcher of the Year Award (Conditions: Being a participant in the symposium, younger age of 40, application with a CV)
- Best Oral PresentationAward (1st,2nd,3rd)
- Best Visual PresentationAward (1st,2nd,3rd) [For poster presentations]
- Honorabke Mention: The jury, may probably, give reward to selected studies with an “Honorable Mention Award”.
The winners of the best paper/ best researcher awards will be formally announced during or just prior to the closing ceremony.
